ADHESIVE for POLYFOAM CC-238

General Information:

CC-238, a synthetic resin adhesive, bond both porous and nonporous materials, is able to bond all metals, plastic, glass, wood, cloth, stone, paper, cork.

CC-238, also possesses high peel and shear strength and retains good flexibility at low temperature. Other feature includes good resistance to aging.

CC-238 can be applied by brush, flow coating and is available in Five Gallons, and Drum.

Application guide for adhesive CC-238:

Vapor Harmful. Keep away from Heat, Sparks, and Flame. Avoid breathing vapor.

Properties:

Color: light yellow

Form: transparent, viscous liquid.

Solid content: 40-40%

Drying time: 2-5mins

Tack time: 5-10mins.

Material preparation:

Stir well before use. Apply only to clean, dry surface. Keep container close when not in use to prevent solvent evaporation.

Application:

Use good quality paintbrush.

Apply adhesive CC-238 uniformly to both of the bonding surface.

Allow adhesive to set until very tacky (normal 2-5mins), then press the surface together. 

Clean-up:

Use a solvent such as toluene, ethyl acetate for cleaning brush and equipment.
