PP Corrugated Plastic Sheet

Characteristics Polypropylene Corrugated Sheet is produced by melted PP and hot pressed. There are upper wall and lower wall, and partition in between. It resists compression, and is impact-proof, water/grease-proof, and heat resistant. It applies multi-color,weighs light but born heavy. PP is hydrocarbon, theres no toxic when burns, suitable for recycle and conform to environmental perseverance.

Application

For buffer/protection

The hollow structure of Polypropylene Corrugated Sheet and its impact-proof, compression resistant characteristic is suitable for bending, folding and packing. It is suitable for packing steel roll,steel rope,wire or automobile spare parts.In addition, its water/grease/anti-chemical characteristic has made it an inevitable material for building.

For transportation/packing

The toughness and hollow structure of Polypropylene Corrugated Sheet can easily be bent and cut. It can be designed as all kinds of transportation box, mailbox, display rack, partition, etc. If you use well electric conduction or anti-static material, it will fully stabilize electric resistance. The characteristic of lightweight but born heavy is best for packing.

For display/advertisement

The surface of Polypropylene Corrugated Sheet is smooth and flat,after corona treatment makes it good for printing.  The printing effect isexcellent. Also, it is water/heat proof, suitable for  indoor/outdoor display board/advertisement.
